What this lesson covers

  1. 01

    Consistency scales teams

A pattern library documents: title block, callout tones, quiz footer, gate layout, and RTL variants. Nielsen Norman’s consistency heuristic reduces learner recall load — they learn the chrome once. Innovito Studio’s breadth is a craft reference; your library decides which patterns ship in every course.

  2. 02

    Library starter set

Lesson opener: Kicker + outcome title + one focal visual.

Formative quiz: Feedback + retry; not certificate stakes.

Module gate: Honesty callout + scored items + score display.

  3. 03

QC flip — CAP on every template

Before a pattern enters the library, flip each card and fail the template if any check fails.

Contrast pass? — Body text, icons, and CTAs meet WCAG AA in light and dark skins.

Alignment pass? — Columns and baselines snap to the same grid as other library screens.

Proximity pass? — Feedback sits next to the choice; help does not float orphaned at the footer.

White space pass? — No stacked cards fighting for the same band; one job per screen region.

Balance pass? — Practice control outweighs decoration; avatar does not dwarf the decision.

Repetition pass? — Same title, button, and feedback chrome as sibling templates — no one-off inventiveness.
