Inside a course

One clear start, shared by every course.

Learners meet a host, choose who they are in the story, see the plan, then walk it.

  1. 01

    Meet your host

A colleague from the cast explains what the course will change.

  2. 02

    Choose a character

Thobe, abaya, suit, or hijab. It travels with them to every course.

  3. 03

    See the plan

Short lessons, a practice lab, and a final test, with minutes for each.

  4. 04

    Walk the map

Each stop is a lesson. Finished stops light up.

The problem

Libraries get bought. Then they go quiet.

A larger catalog is not a learning strategy. Most ready-made libraries fail in the same four ways.

  1. 01

    Too much choice

Thousands of courses and no path. Learners browse, freeze, and leave.

  2. 02

    Watching, not doing

Most libraries are an instructor talking. Watching is not practicing.

  3. 03

    Arabic as an afterthought

Subtitled, or kept apart. Rarely written for the people taking it.

  4. 04

    Mandatory training elsewhere

Compliance and cyber sit with other vendors: three contracts, three reports.

What users of large course libraries say

The complaint is volume, age, and nothing to do.

“We tend to get frozen by the sheer volume of choices on each subject.”

L&D manager, construction sector · May 2026
  • Watching, not doing

“Lack of hands-on activities to do.” Technical support engineer, IT services · Nov 2024

  • Hard to stay engaged

“I found most of the courses boring and unhelpful.” Self-employed professional · Dec 2024

  • Dated and repetitive

“Some courses feel dated or repetitive across different vendors in the catalog.” IT asset manager, network security · May 2026

Introducing Innovito Ready

A growing library. Two languages. One standard.

One hundred courses today, with new ones every month, written to the same standard in Arabic and English.

Arabic and English

Switch language on any screen. Progress stays.

Written in both languages from one brief, not translated afterwards.

  • A native Arabic editor signs off every course.
  • Right-to-left layouts and worlds, set for Arabic.
  • Modern Standard Arabic narration, natural across the region.

Built for doing

In every lesson, learners practice, not just watch.

Every lesson opens with a short animated explainer, 60 to 150 seconds, narrated in Arabic and English, with captions and a transcript.

  • Branching conversations

Talk it through with a colleague or a supplier. Every reply changes where it goes.

  • Decision games

Live trade-offs: your value, their satisfaction, and the relationship, all at once.

  • Spot the error

Find what is wrong in a real document, an email, or an AI answer.

  • Journey maps

Move through a place and see what each stop asks of you.

  • Check the AI’s work

Use a neutral assistant on the task, then find what it got wrong.

  • A scored final scenario

One case at the end, scored on the decisions, not on recall.

Branching scenarios, decision games, and 30+ interaction types across the library.

Anatomy of a Ready course

One structure across the library, 30 to 90 minutes.

Learners meet a real moment before any teaching, practice with AI where it belongs, and leave with one action to try next week.

  1. 1 · 1–2 min

    Hook

A realistic workplace moment from the region goes wrong. The learner chooses first.

  2. 2 · 5–8 min

    Micro-lessons

An explainer, three to five interactions, and one quick recall check.

  3. 3 · 6–10 min

    AI in Practice

Use AI on a task for this topic, then find what it got wrong.

  4. 4 · 8–12 min

    Proof scenario

A branching case with consequences, scored on decisions, not recall.

  5. 5 · 1 min

    Commitment

The learner picks one action to try next week.

  6. 6 · Day 2, 7, 30

    Boosters

Three short questions after the course, so it sticks.

The learning science

Designed on evidence, not trends.

Each number below is why a Ready course is built the way it is.

  • 6 min

Where video engagement peaks, across 6.9 million edX sessions.

    Explainers stay under 3 minutes.

    Guo, Kim and Rubin, 2014

  • Day 30

Testing yourself, spaced over days, beats rereading.

    Recall checks and boosters.

Adesope et al., 2017; Cepeda et al., 2006

  • Doing

Active practice produces more learning than watching or reading.

    Practice in every lesson.

    Chi and Wylie, ICAP, 2014

  • −17%

Exam scores when students used AI with no guardrails.

Every AI lesson ends in checking.

    Bastani et al., PNAS, 2025

AI in Practice

Skills that outlast the tools.

No tool, brand, or model is ever named. A neutral assistant is simulated inside the course, so the lesson stays valid as tools change.

In most courses. Left out where it does not fit the topic.

Six capability patterns

  • Draft
  • Summarize
  • Analyze
  • Ideate
  • Rehearse
  • Check

Four judgment habits

  • Verify before you use it
  • Protect personal and confidential data
  • Disclose AI help where policy asks
  • Own the decision

The library

Seven collections, growing every month.

Every course is a place your people walk through. A path for each employee, not a search box in front of thousands of titles.

The annual set

Mandatory Essentials

Code of Conduct, Anti-Money Laundering, Everyday Information Security, and the rest of the must-take set.

10

Three levels

  • Foundation for all staff
  • Practitioner for specific roles
  • Manager for people who manage teams

Mandatory Essentials and Local Lens

One must-take set for the region, with each country’s rules.

Ten courses for every employee. Inside each one, short country cards: the law, the regulator, how to report, and a local example. The admin switches on the countries that apply.

The annual ten

  • Everyday Information Security
  • Safe Use of AI at Work
  • Personal Data Protection
  • Respect at Work
  • Health and Safety at Work

Audit export: employee, course, version, country lens, date, and score.

Adoption, built in

Not left to one launch email.

The library ships with the campaign, the manager conversation, and the follow-up.

  • Launch Kit

A six-week internal campaign in Arabic and English: posters, emails, WhatsApp messages, a CEO note.

  • Manager Huddle Cards

A 10-minute team discussion for every course, so learning turns into team habits.

  • Skills Snapshot

A 10-minute diagnostic that gives each person a short, relevant path.

  • Booster questions

Three short questions on day 2, 7, and 30 after each course.

  • Commitments

Each course ends with one action the learner chooses to try next week.

  • Short, pausable lessons

Five to eight minutes each. Learners pick up where they left off.

Evidence for decision makers

Report decisions, not only completions.

Leaders see what people chose, how they scored, and what they committed to try next.

  • Decisions

Which choices people make in each Proof scenario, by team and course.

  • Scores

Final scenario scores for each person, team, and course.

  • Commitments

The actions people chose to try next week.

Adoption reports at 30, 60, and 90 days, then quarterly. Audit exports for compliance at any time.

How Ready compares

FAQ

Before you brief procurement

How is Ready different from a global course library?

Ready is a curated library with paths, not tens of thousands of lecture videos. Learners practice in every lesson. Arabic and English are written together, and they can switch language without losing progress. New courses are added every month.

Can Ready run in our LMS, or only on Evolve?

Both. Hosting on Innovito Evolve is included and can go live within days, including in-country hosting for government. The same courses run in your LMS as SCORM 2004, with progress and scores sent back. We test them on your LMS during the pilot.

Is the Arabic a translation of the English?

No. Each course is written in both languages from one brief. A native Arabic editor signs off every course, layouts are set for right-to-left, and narration is Modern Standard Arabic.
