Draft the row before you sort the cards. Action: a warehouse picker stages the correct pallet without skipping the scan. Push: the cohort module that rehearses pick-path errors, assigned before the first shift. Pull: the aisle-label diagram they open on the scanner when a code does not match. Practice: a supervised ride-along where the coach signs the checklist. Company-history audio is push only if HR assigns it — and it does not belong on this row, because it does not change the scan. An unlock rule sits on the row too: the ride-along opens after the cohort practice is passed, not after a video percent.

Unlock rule: The evidence that must exist before the next experience opens. Time-in-seat and video percent are weak evidence. A scored practice, a manager sign-off, or a job artifact is stronger — and you name the LTEM tier.
Pull library: Searchable performance support the person opens while doing the job. It is not a catalog of optional courses, and it does not replace the practice that rehearses the action.
Push: An experience assigned to a cohort on a schedule, such as week-one onboarding. If nobody is required to take it, it is not push.

Channel follows the assignment, not the file type. A company-history podcast is Push only when HR assigns it to a cohort. If people may search for it or skip it, it is Pull. If it does not support a labeled action on the map, drop it. A podcast is not practice, and calling it a pathway does not change the evidence tier.
