If the dashboard shows completions, say completions. Do not relabel them “skills achieved” or “impact.” Module 3’s assessment map already names the LTEM tier each action can claim. A pathway report repeats that tier. Executives can audit a labeled tier. They cannot audit a renamed completion count.
