    The pathway is the product

    Architects stop treating the LMS catalog as the program. A pathway sequences experiences: what managers assign (push), what learners seek when stuck (pull), and what the job itself rehearses (practice). The 70-20-10 heuristic from CCL executive interviews is a reminder that formal learning is a slice — not a license to skip designed practice for high-risk actions.
