Before publish, read the three branch labels out loud. If one is a paragraph and the others are four words, learners will pick the long one or the only polite one — that is a length and tone defect, not a measure of judgment. Each wrong branch needs feedback that names the gap so the next attempt can change. “Incorrect” alone fails that test. Consequence comes before delight: show the audit flag or the angry customer before any celebration, and never celebrate a wrong click. If the help is a policy PDF pasted into the mentor bubble, move it to a job-aid link. Then open the Arabic version. If the dialogue overlaps the buttons or the back control sits on the wrong edge, the RTL layout was mirrored, not rebuilt.

A scenario can look finished and still be wrong. The SME sign-off is on the preferred path and the consequences, before visual polish. If legal rewrites the policy after the voice is recorded, you reopen the branches — you do not ship the pretty file.
